Having both enjoyed huge success as solo producers and through previous partnerships, it is now as Bodyrox where the pair are enjoying new-found success and attracting a new legion of fans.

Having produced one of the ‘biggest hits in electronic dance music’ [Pete Tong] in 2006 in the form of ‘Yeah Yeah’; a massive electro workout which took the WMC by storm picking up early support from Pete Tong, Judge Jules, Fergie, Dave Pearce, Zane Lowe, Jo Whiley, Annie Mac, Edith Bowman, Annie Nightingale, Sarah Cox and Trophy Twins on BBC Radio One alone and went on to ‘fill every record box under the sun’ [Pete Tong].

Supplemented by a unique vocal from Luciana, a killer remix package and a highly acclaimed controversial video, ‘Yeah Yeah’ became the huge international club anthem which kick started the global ‘Nu Rave’ phenomenon. On its official release in October 2006, ‘Yeah Yeah’ debuted at no.2 in the UK Top 40 and remained in the Top 10 for several weeks and is still heavily supported on national radio. [Radio One Playlist No.1, Cool Cuts No.1, Shazam Tag Chart No.1, Beatport Download Chart No.1, The Box Playlist No.1].

Riding a massive wave of success, Bodyrox were nominated for an Ivor Novello – one of the music industries most prestigious awards; and went on to top both Music Week’s Cool Cuts and the DMC Buzz Chart again with their next three singles, ‘Sound of Eden’ [Music Week Upfront Club Chart No.1, Music Week Pop Tip Chart No.2, DMC Club Chart No.1, DMC Mainstream No.1, Galaxy Chart Show on MTV Dance No.1], ‘What Planet You On’ [BBC Radio One Dance Singles Chart No.1] and Brave New World [Mixmag Download Chart No.1, DJ Download No.1] receiving recognition at the International Dance Music Awards and MTV’s Video Music Awards.

Recently tagged a ‘Supergroup’ by Pete Tong during their debut on Radio One’s Essential Mix, Bodyrox are currently one of the top three most viewed ‘electro bands’ in the World with over one and a half million views on Myspace alone.

Jon Pearn and Michael Gray first burst onto the scene as Full Intention in 1994 with the pair’s remix of Duke’s ‘So In Love With You’, which rocketed into the Top 20 charts. Jon and Michael went on to become one of the most celebrated British remix duos in the world, putting their golden touch to tracks by Shena, Dajae, Dina Vass, Bob Sinclar, Mood 2 Swing, Junior Jack, Brandy, Powerhouse, Ultra Nate, Jennifer Lopez, Frankie Knuckles and George Michael, for which the pair’s remix of ‘Amazing’ earned Full Intention a prestigious Grammy nomination.

Nick Bridges’ background is no-less successful. As a technically-gifted DJ nominated in the International House Music Awards, Nick is widely regarded as one of the most technically gifted young DJ’s in the World – with previous residencies at Fabric London [DJ Magazines No.1 Club in the World] for DTPM, Amnesia Ibiza for Cream/Glasshouse and at Ministry of Sound London – a residency that saw Nick mix five compilations throughout a long-standing association with the brand that continues today. Fast forward to 2008 and Nick is still at the top of his game with a number of his solo productions/remixes widely supported by some of the players including Pete Tong, Carl Cox, Dubfire, Mark Knight and many more.

The pair started producing together in 2004 and launched their own Juki Records imprint in 2005 with their debut ‘$treet Price’ receiving unanimous support from the UK press (5/5 in IDJ Magazine) and DJs around the World.

In between their hectic production commitments and solo DJ schedules, the pair are currently finishing their eagerly anticipated debut Album.
