DC10 will not open this summer.
An appeal by the club's owners to the Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Balears was turned down, meaning that the venue will remain closed indefinitely.
The club was closed down last summer after it was found to be operating under the wrong licence.
Rather than a full nightclub licence, the venue only had a 'cafe-concierto' licence, meaning that it was only legally allowed a capacity of 65 people.
Rumours abound that Circo Loco, DC10's key night, will be throwing parties elsewhere this year, but nothing is confirmed as yet.
